Jennifer joined the firm in 2005 after experience as a defense attorney representing children and parents in dependency, BECCA, and offender matters at Denney Juvenile Justice Center. As a former sole practitioner, Jennifer represented individuals and small businesses in general civil matters and family law. As an associate with the firm, Jennifer focuses her practice on family matters, estate planning, real estate, and general civil litigation matters.

Jennifer Gogert grew up in Arlington, Washington. She attended Whitman College in Walla Walla, Washington where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy in 1997. Jennifer earned her Juris Doctorate in 2001 from Willamette University College of Law in Salem, Oregon and was a summer Rule 9 Legal Intern with Deno, Millikan, Dale, Decker & Petersen, PLLC in 2000.

Jennifer, a member of the Washington State Bar Association, is an active member of our local Snohomish County Bar Association, where she serves as Treasurer for the Board of Trustees, and as a board member for the Family Law Section. In addition, Jennifer does pro bono work with the Snohomish County CASA/VGAL program through which she is court appointed as a special advocate for children who have been removed from their parents' care.
