Hello-my name is Liz Pierce. I have been working in the legal field for over seventeen years, primarily in family law, but also have experience in estate planning, probate and general civil litigation. I returned to Deno Millikan Law Firm a couple of years ago, having worked here previously over a decade ago.
I obtained my associates degree with an emphasis in paralegal studies from Skagit Valley College in 2001. I have worked in both large and small law firms since that time, in Skagit, Whatcom and Snohomish Counties.
Having worked primarily in family law, I am able to provide meaningful support to our clients during an emotionally difficult process. My skills and experience help keep cases moving forward in a system known for being slow. I also provide clerical support for the attorneys and help keep the office running smoothly. I have volunteered for several community legal events over the years in both Skagit and Whatcom Counties. I am very happy to be back at Deno Millikan and I look forward to being able to help you through your legal process.
I grew up in the Northwest and currently reside in Skagit County with my husband and our adult son. We have two Boxers who enjoy sunbathing and tennis balls. Both my husband and I are very active in our church, and I especially enjoy volunteering for a program aimed at supporting children who found themselves in the foster care system. I enjoy camping, am an avid dog lover and hate to cook.
