Paulette Gustafson

Paralegal

Paulette joined Deno Millikan Law Firm in September 2024. After completing her post graduate studies in Washington State and abroad, she worked in fields ranging from commercial insurance to teaching competitive gymnastics. In 2018, Paulette decided to pursue paralegal studies, discovering a career that allowed her to combine her passion for analytical thinking, research, and organization.

Paulette has worked in criminal, civil, and family law, and she is committed to continuously expanding her legal knowledge. She understands that navigating the court system can be overwhelming and she strives to support clients through the process, working closely with attorneys to achieve the best possible outcomes.

A native of north Snohomish County, Paulette is proud to serve her community and feels fortunate to be part of Deno Millikan, an established law firm in her home county.
